The problem with clinical trials in children are the ethics issues, which are valid issues.
However, it would be better to have clinical trials to get a full understanding of the effects in children.
Can we utilize results from adult trials as a starting point and extrapolate possible dosages to test based on those results?
What are the risks in doing that?
