Aldera is still pretty new to the market, but it seems like it works pretty well. One dermatology patient says she got an "aldera facelift".

On a serious note, it seems that some dermatologists are using it for squamous cell carcinoma, not just actinic keratosis. Any experience with this? The anecdotal reports I've heard have been positive, but I don't know of any studies on the topic.
