I think the idea of checklists is a great way for people to know, at a glance, what are the recommended actions they can take at a particular time. The amount of health information is overwhelming and it can be difficult to keep track of all the different recommendations.
The best part of the checklists is it represents proactive medicine rather than reactive medicine.
