When even major hospitals don't get it right, how can a doc-in-the-jocks be expected to perform?

That said - there is a big trend in urban areas to go to the patient. See for example The Prostate Net's effort: Going to the Barbershop to Fight Cancer. But that's a little different - screening that wouldn't otherwise happen, not primary care done by MLP.
