A risk factor related to headaches is if a person is a type "A" individual. Because of their personality, they are generally aggressive and hostile to dealing with problems and their sympathetic nervous sytem kicksin.
Anyone agree or diagree?

I don't necessarily think the personality drives the disorder. More likely, there is autonomic dysfunction that presents with migraines as a major manifestation.
The link between heart disease and migraines is not as obvious to me.

My understanding is that migraines are associated with vascular problems and that directly relates to cardiovascular problems.

What about the fact that cardiovascular problems leads to systemic vascular issues. The brain is particularly vunerable to vascular problems.
Rather than the autonomic sytem driving the comorbodity, why not consider cardiac dysfunction as the primary etiology?
