Sept. 16, 2009: Sen. Max Baucus (D) has released the Senate Finance Committee's version of a healthcare reform bill. The bill differs from that of the House bills in not having a public insurance option, but still has little on tort reform despite President Obama's mention in his healthcare address last week.
